2.2 Rescheduling

Users may request to reschedule consultations depending on advisor availability. FEDIBLE reserves the right to approve or deny requests and limit the number of reschedules permitted.

3Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. However:

  • Cancellation stops future billing only
  • Current billing cycle charges are non-refundable
  • Access remains active until the end of the subscription period

FEDIBLE may modify subscription pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

4Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, the following are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered:

  • Financial reports
  • Personalized plans
  • Downloadable resources
  • Educational courses
  • Templates and tools
  • Premium digital content

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at FEDIBLE’s discretion.

5Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In cases involving duplicate payments, technical failures, or incorrect processing, users may contact FEDIBLE for verification and refund assistance.

Approved refunds for such transactions will typically be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers
  • FEDIBLE is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways

7Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Completed consultations
  • Partial use of subscription services
  • User dissatisfaction based on market outcomes
  • Delays caused by user unavailability
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions
  • Services already delivered or consumed

8Cancellation by FEDIBLE

FEDIBLE reserves the right to cancel consultations, reschedule sessions, or refuse service in cases involving technical issues, operational reasons, violation of Terms, or fraudulent activities.

Where applicable, users may receive refunds or rescheduling support at FEDIBLE’s discretion.

9Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact FEDIBLE before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Fraudulent chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination.

10Limitation of Financial Liability

Refund eligibility is limited strictly to the terms mentioned in this policy and does not extend to financial losses, investment losses, market-related outcomes, or user financial decisions.

FEDIBLE reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and mobile application.
